Mcdonald's - Réserver une table

If there was an option for -5 stars, this place would be the first to get one. This location always has an issue with it. Long wait times inside and outside, wrong orders, missing items, on top of rude and clueless staff.Today, September 9th 2023, at 9:15. We went through the drive through. We paid for pur order and pulled up to the window. The woman at the window wasn 't very welcoming, but considering it 's a late night, we thought nothing of it. She handed us the drinks, then 5 minutes later, she handed us out take out bag. My boyfriend asks her is everything inside? And she replied with yes . I checked the bag, because as you know, mcdonalds at this location ALWAYS forgets something. Lo...

the worst place to go enjoy a family meal at the outdoor tables they allow people (not customers) to smoke like chimneys contaminating the outdoor space to eat, when informing the manager she only replies that there is no problem that they do so and that My children and I are bothered by the smoke, so let's look for another place to eat, bravo lady, excellent service

Waited more than 15 minutes to order .. still nobody came to take order and just came back without ordering… worst customer service ever. Went to ask one of the employees that I want to order he just ignored all people like he didn’t heard anything .. worst place ever this is not a fast food branch this is slower foood branch.

Went to McDonald's on Victoria horrible service waited 30 minutes and they still didn't have our order got my refund and came here with my 3 kids the guy serving us was exceptional he came to the play room let us know our food was ready he was fast and polite and none of our order was wrong I'll take my kids here from now

Service with busy time is around 15-20min waitFood is always the same for what it is but starts to be . You cannot really have a trio under 10 Atmosphere can be a problem with beggars and drug addicts around...It is not the cleanest place but they try hard.

Terrible customer serviceYou wait 15-20 min to get your order learning they did not put sauce, they gave orange juice that did not taste like juice at all. So many employees working and really not knowing what they are doing.

Honestly, don't go to this McDonald's if you don't want to encounter weird people. They don't do drink refills, which is insane, cause the idea of buying the cup is for free refills. Never going back there again.
