McDonald's - Réservation de table

Rant warning, but all true!... This location NEEDS to be looked into! This is the SLOWEST McDonald 's I have ever been to Manager or Supervisor in the bank doing the preping and cooking, 2 in the front and still can not get orders right! If I could rate it 0 (zero) I would.. Big Mac burger has way too much sauce, to the point it spilled out and came apart McChicken burger was overdone to the point that it was dry and hard I ordered an Iced tea and received something else Tables, benches, and chairs are absolutely disgusting. Went there today for 5 min. Out of my 15 minute lunch break during work. (Walked away with nothing). So I Waited in line until an employee approached the till. At first I didn’t understand why she wasn’t asking me for my order, she was imputing a bunch of food items into system. Then after she called her manager for assistance, I found out she was skipping the line and putting in her own order as she had just started break. How unprofessional is it to have customers waiting for you to show up at the till and then order yourself food off the clock from behind the counter skipping a line up and making everyone else wait. I would have complained to the manager but she was a helping the employee...

I have been to this mcdonalds now a few times after COVID Pandemic, this is the ONLY mcdonalds that will not give any fountain drink refill. When I ask for a refill the managers respond back telling me because of covid restrictions they are not allowed to provide refills. This is July 2023! Ridiculous resturaunt and the stupidity of knowledge they have, The Pandemic is over and it feels like it's an accuse for this Franchise owner not to waste money on free refills that every mcdonalds is offering. Ridiculously slow, orders come out incorrect as well. Don’t waste your time or money. Poorly staffed and mismanaged. If it was a stand alone restaurant the doors would be closed within a week. Pathetic.

Every time I order fries here, it breaks my heart. I absolutely love fries and could eat them several times a week. It's such a disappointment that the fries at this location are always cold and soggy.

The slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. I ordered a few items and waited 20 minutes to receive them, despite being the first in line with no one else ahead of me. It was really frustrating.

i ordered skip the dishes and mcdonalds confirmed my order at 6:17 it’s now 7:03 this is ridiculous if i had known which mcdonald’s it was i would’ve cancelled it this is extremely Réservez une table maintenant

The staff at the food window are quite unfriendly; they often don't speak and simply hold out the food before closing the window without a word.

This is the second weekend in a row no ice cream! Funny how other locations seem to have it. Guess we'll take our business elsewhere.
