I used the kiosk and for the second time it had no paper so I had to go to the teller and ask for my reciept. I was told someone would get it for me, I ate my food and waited but no one brought me my reciept.When I went and asked again the clerk didn’t say anything to me and then went to get a manager to pull up the reciept, she was rude, and very annoyed that I needed my reciept, she said “I need to know how much it was or I can’t get it” I knew that wasn’t true, I didn’t know the total so I told her the order number and she did find it. She passed it to me and turned away quickly and that was it. It’s really too bad, to see service like this.Yes, I did need the reciept
I’m really frustrated with my experience. I was instructed to park so you could bring my order out, but instead, I received food that was ice cold. I waited for 10 minutes, and it clearly wasn’t to get fresh food as you promised. The fries were hard and cold, likely because you attempted to refry them instead of just making a fresh batch. The nuggets were also freezing. And please, change the oil—it tasted like it should have been replaced a long time ago.
This location is notorious for serving undercooked French fries, which always turn out limp and soggy. I don't understand how they can consistently mess up such an automated process, but they do. The rest of the food is typical McDonald's fare, and while the staff is friendly enough, if you're a fan of McDonald's fries, I recommend skipping this location and heading to either Mount Pearl or Kenmount Road instead.
The restaurant has undergone renovations, but now everything is painted gray. The new chairs are quite uncomfortable. They also removed the drink machines, so you have to purchase a new drink instead of getting refills. I won’t be returning to this location anymore.
