Since Christine has left here as the General Manager ! This restaurant has gone, gone, gone down, down more down hill. Ownership really needs to shake things up here. As the customer service and the ability to follow customer custom orders has drastically gone way down hill and just is simply not followed at all. It like they just don’t give a dam. And there is no leadership or management here. The staff just goof around and do what the hell they want…..heck you order you don’t want pickles on your burger there a good chance will get them….order and add bacon or add a extra burger patty and pay for them….there a 90% chance you won’t get them…..as you will see in the pictures I am adding toda...
Slow service, but that won't be the case in your system due to the fact that just after an order is taken, it is removed from the display system and stuck to the counter as to fudge productivity numbers. Had to go back for my hot cakes because they failed to give me them when they called my order number.Overall, it's not a great place to patronize.
