Mcdonald's - Réserver une table

This was the first time I had been to this particular McDonald 's at Ashton Leisure Park as I have always used either the town centre one or the Snipe drivethru. Once on the drivethru lane it splits into two lanes that take you to the ordering screens. It seemed ages until someone acknowledged I was even there and asked for my order, and then when the girl did speak I could hardly hear what she was saying. Normally they finish by saying is that everything , it will be £4.60, please drive to the next window because then you know you know that you can move along to the next window to pay but she didn 't say anything. I had a disturbing experience at the restaurant when a woman accused me of recording her children at the end of my meal. Despite proving that I was on a video call and showing my recordings, the woman and her family continued to accuse me. I felt singled out for being alone, as the manager took their side and asked me to leave. The situation escalated when the older woman in the family tried to snatch my phone multiple times. I felt unsafe as the staff did not intervene, and I was threatened with violence. I believe solo individuals should be protected by the staff in situations like these. After finishing work, I waited for an Uber that was 10 minutes away. I decided to order some food to take home for myself and my girlfriend. The Uber arrived in just 5 minutes (the only time I was unhappy about that) and a guy named Josh quickly bagged my order to prevent me from getting overcharged. Josh was a great guy!

Had a caramel waffle latte and it was disgusting. They did change it but it wasn’t any better. Nothing what so ever like it is advertised. It looked like a flat coffee with loads of sugar added

my man had lunch, was pretty busy, but he said that eating was nice and hot. so many mcdonald sell their food and its simply warm. beautiful staff
