We were disappointed with our recent visit to this restaurant. One of our Big Macs was missing, and the one we did receive was barely warm and overcooked. The burgers were also barely warm and dry. Despite being regular customers who spend over $50 per order, we have stopped ordering from this location for a few weeks due to the decline in quality. Today was our first visit in three weeks, and the quality of our order was highly disappointing. It has never been this bad in the past. We are considering switching to ordering from a different location in White Bear Lake, as we have done before for better food quality. We hope that the issues can be resolved. Worst experience ever. Not only did they take 40 minutes to make it, they only started to when I asked them about it. I had a mobile order, and they shrugged it off. When I asked, they said oh we saw that , then proceeded to take the RECEIPT off of the printer to make it. Unbelievable. I had only a quarter pounder and a Big Mac. They weren 't short staffed either. They were slow and incompetent. They were in no hurry to help me, and have no effort to fix their 40 minute mistake that took my own personal time. DO NOT go here.
Do not order food after 9pm from this restaurant! The food was old and not up to standard. Even worse, my order was missing the fries. Who even goes to McDonald's for anything else? If you are planning to order after 9pm, I suggest you reconsider. Additionally, if you try to use DoorDash, they will only offer you $5 and tell you to deal with it.
Absolutely the DIRTIEST McD's I have ever been in. 9:30am and the floors have **** all over them. Dried ketchup on the dispensers. Dirty tables. Terrible men's room. Move on. There are plenty of other places to eat. Don't risk your health eating here. I'll never be back.

doordash breakfast and no utensils were included as well as syrup and butter. I called and heard her say he can wait until he hangs. I called back and they did it again. great work, it is not doordash drivers mistake the right things for the order were not in the bag.
Worst McDonald's I have been. Personel short and the ones that were there did nothing but complain about working. Bathrooms out of service.
Waited 30min just to try and place an order and had to leve caz i ran out of time that where very very slow
