The service was very long, and the people who were confused told us that the products were out of stock, offered us substitute products, and one of the so-called substitute products was ultimately the product ordered... in short, a real mess! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

disastrous McDonald's, no sauce in the inedible burger nor in the wrap which was completely missing part of the pancake. That on top of an endless wait while the McDonald’s is empty. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointed today, an endless wait, really unhappy customers around us, an obvious lack of investment from certain members of the staff. Where was the manager???!!!
