Mcdonald's - Réserver une table

I rarely go here that there is not a problem with my order. I had to go back two days ago because they didn't pack part of my order. While waiting, the person in charge could be heard yelling at the kitchen staff. This is a toxic work environment. More training or better management is all that will help this location.

I give credit to McDonald in Porter. If they make mistakes. They will make it right. After I had order wrong. I email the store . They took the time to make it right. I got a full refund and a free meal. That real customers service..

Average McDonald's. Nothing special. Sometimes the food is good and sometimes it sits for a while. Not terrible, not amazing. Ordering something complicated may yield better results.
