Mcdonald's - Réserver une table

Went to pick up lunch for my family and received cold food and horrible customer service. My fries seemed like they had just come out of a cooler. I also asked for a medium fry and received a small. I asked the window employee if it was a medium or small thinking maybe they had changed their sizes. She immediately responded with attitude and backhanded comments suggesting I was trying to scam them and get a bigger size without paying for it. She then said that she bet I lost my receipt saying I got a medium. I grabbed my receipt and sure enough I was rang up for a small and received a small. Okay, no problem. It is always amazing for me! Quick and friendly service, fresh, hot and tasty food! Lauren is amazing, she always greets you with a wonderful smile and makes your experience so much better!Kid-friendliness: Although we usually go through the drive through, the attendants are always so sweet to my kiddos.

I work for Amazon and came inside to try and get something to eat for my break. I was standing there for a good 5-6 minutes, and three employees saw me standing there and didn’t greet me nor tried taking my order. One of the employees even looked at me and ducked off behind the wall.

The staff was very friendly, my sister and I were greeted as soon as we walked in, we were asked if we need help ordering on the kiosk. We were also thanked and told to have a good day when we were leaving ?
