I ordered food in the store this morning, but the machine did not give me a ticket as usual. After waiting for 20 minutes without receiving my food, I asked the person behind the counter about my order. They told me that my order didn't come through. I explained that I didn't have a paper ticket but showed them my bank transaction to prove that they had taken my money. However, they insisted that no money had been taken because the order wasn't on the screen. We ordered takeout and unfortunately, some items were missing from our bag. When I called to report the issue, the person on the phone blamed the delivery partners and said it was our responsibility to contact them. Despite this, I was left with one child who had food and one without. The only solution provided was a refund from the delivery partner. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this experience.
five stars for a very friendly and helpful staff on a busy Saturday night dan deserves a lot for its service. unlike another employee called him while he literally tried to serve men. hospitality is hospitable, whether it is a fast tempo environment or the last hot dog at the end of the road. do not emphasize their colleagues while they try to operate. many thanks to
