I went through the drive-thru. The woman who took my order was very sweet and patient however the woman giving me my food was rushing and possibly nervous because of the manager being up front helping. My iced mocha coffee was made wrong and they didn'tadd the items that I paid for to my drink (hazelnut syrup, chocolate syrup, and liquid sugar). I asked for a child-sized watercup for my toddler and the girl wouldn't give me it and wanted me to drive all the way around and wait in line again for thedrink. I use to work at McDonalds for 6 years and it was never hard to give someone a child cup of water. You literally justgrab the child cup and hit the water button and put a lid on it. I drove...
The first incident was when my son ordered a large HiC drink and they gave him a medium. When it was brought to the manager's attention, she simply dumped the medium drink into a large cup and handed it back to my son without adding any extra juice. The second incident involved my sister trying to redeem my app code at the restaurant. Even though she had my code and the scan code on her phone, the same manager made up a rule that McDonald's doesn't accept codes if they are not on the original phone, which was untrue. After reviewing all the rules and guidelines for using the app, I found no mention of this policy. I will never go back to this establishment, and I urge others not to do so...
it was wonderful, my son got a great success sandwich card, each sandwich his choice. the girl that was in window 1 was very nice about the situation, worked for him said she was very proud to keep the good word. Now, I said, girl, I meant young lady, but I could say she was still very young, but she was very sweet beautiful, as my son is a 16 year old typical teenager who had just starved, got one of the biggest sandwiches mcdonald’s offers. also we don't really eat mcdonalds just because of the earning card we only go for drinks. the sandwich was made fresh, so it was one of the hottest sandwiches I've ever tried by mcdonald's. nothing else was ordered on the way with a free $7.00 sandwich...
This McDonald's location is likely the worst I have ever visited. The staff is consistently rude, the service is incredibly slow, and it seems like the manager doesn't care at all. When I ordered a sprite and inquired about it, the lady rudely informed me that they do not carry sprite at this store. When I asked for a different drink, she simply walked away without helping. She was not wearing a name tag, so I couldn't identify her. My partner ordered a large strawberry shake, and the same lady did not even fill it all the way. This McDonald's urgently needs to address the behavior of their employees as they are all incredibly rude. Réservez une table maintenant
I have visited the drive-thru of this restaurant multiple times this week, and each of the last three visits, I requested a cup of Mac sauce. Unfortunately, I was not given the sauce each time and had to go back to get it. Despite being told that they would make sure it's included next time, it was left out again on my subsequent visit. As someone who works in fast food, I understand that special orders can be challenging, but not receiving something three times in a row and having to return each time is unacceptable. I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the poor customer service.
I rarely write reviews for fast food but this Mcdonalds goes out of their way to make sure you have a good experience! The manager Trina was very helpful with my special request and she and other employees walk around asking if there is anything youneed. I go out of my way to come to this location.
