The flavor is always consistent, but it’s disappointing when you go through the drive-thru and order a big breakfast. They ask if you want the hotcakes, so you say yes, only to receive half portions of everything except the hotcakes—and no syrup provided for them either. However, they do offer extra butter! I’m giving them 3 stars, which is generous, but I’ll give them another chance.
This McDonald's in Cali is outstanding! I don't typically give compliments on DoorDash orders, but this place is genuinely my favorite. I've never had a negative experience at this location, and the staff is always patient. I appreciate all of you so much, and I will definitely stop by again when I'm back in the Bay Area.
AVOID THIS PLACE. This is by far the worst location I've ever been to. The service is extremely slow, and the food quality is barely acceptable. The fries are hardly cooked. I've had consistently terrible experiences here. I just wish it wasn't the one located just a mile from my house.
Super disappointing that both McDonald's my bf and I had stopped at were closed and neither could have the forethought to set their stores as closed for thanksgiving. They're outside menu was also left on so it confused as many as 15 cars that had pulled in after me. Réservez une table maintenant
I went through the drive-thru on March 14th at about 10:47 PM. The woman at the window charged me for my shake but didn't actually give it to me. Additionally, her attitude during our interaction was quite unpleasant.
The restaurant is conveniently located and has a welcoming staff. It's advisable to place your order through the McDonald's app or at a kiosk, as there might not always be someone at the counter to help you.
We stopped by quickly to grab a Happy Meal to take home. It wasn’t too bad, although a few tables were dirty. When we got home, we noticed the chocolate milk that was supposed to be included was missing.
The staff at this location are exceptionally friendly, and the interior is consistently maintained in a clean and tidy manner! Réservez une table maintenant
The large fries were somewhat soft and didn’t have quite enough salt, but the chicken nuggets were fantastic!
