Don’t usually like to leave bad reviews. But I’m livid. I used the mobile app to order mine and my sons lunch. We got very basic things( happy meal and McDouble) and ordered 10 minutes prior to showing up to pick it up. I got there and spent 20 minutes at pick up window 2 waiting on my mobile order. When I finally got attention from a McDonald’s member they told me they were still working on it. Absolutely outrageous. Plenty of people ordered their food after me and received it before I got mine. The fries were cold and old. Wish I took the receipt to leave a negative survey. Never again.
Drive-thru- quarter ponder w/cheese added Mayo, large fries asked all to be fresh. Fries perfectly cooked quarter ponder ice cold cheese was hard, sandwich had an old taste. Been eating here for over three years and never had a problem. But this time was a bad time for me to get cold food after being in the Hospital for my ill mother, this just added another layer of angrieness and sadness. Will never go back because of this one incident. Sad smh!!!
Every time I go through the drive-thru, my order gets messed up! They handed me two sausage biscuits, but there was no sausage in them! It's unbelievable!
The food was served hot and was absolutely delicious! As for parking, I've always been able to find a spot, even during peak times.

Got the wrong order delivered, and they won't take responsibility. Never order or go here again.
Wow apparently a hamburger now goes for $2.49. Time to learn to cook at home or eat less.
I ordered a McDouble without the bun, but they only gave me the buns with nothing inside.
