12/30/23 hashsbrown warm not hot, long wait time, Manager...She seemed abrasive towards the employees. I can see why their not motivated. She need to head back to McD University for some more training. SMH It's hard to find people that want to work, be nicer and they'll work harder for you. Owners should (shop) the store. Happy New Year. Former Manager p.s. warmest thing I received the syrup.

Apparently it’s a nuisance to ask for two strawberry jelly’s from the older lady that works here. Even asked “please”, and boy what a chore she had reaching over and grabbing it. So sorry to interrupt your lounge time.

Young man working at the counter was excellent, took my order in a timely manner and has his signature speech down. Very good service.
