I had the worst experience I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant on March 6th at 10:50 PM. I placed my mobile drive-thru order around 10:10 PM for a large fries, a Big Mac, and a Diet soda. I arrived at McDonald's at 10:20 PM and announced my order number, HR56, at the speaker. They asked me to drive up, and I received my Big Mac and large fries, but no drink. I waited for my soda while three cars lined up behind me.

Went to pick up dinner after working black friday, the kid at the window handed me a very full bag and as he handed it to me it ripped. Some of my food that I paid for went on the ground and the young tall gentleman just said “you good”. I asked for the couple of items to be replaced and I got yelled at by the manager who was hispanic and wearing a head wrap. She yelled at me and told me next time not to drop my food. Do not come here. Came here sometime a little before 9pm on Wednesday. Their website said the drive thru was supposed to be open until 11pm. Drove up behind another car and waited. And then kept waiting and waiting. Then heard yelling from the car in front of us. Still nothing happened. Didn't hear anyone talk from the speaker. The car in front of us then drove to the window. They stayed for less than a minute and left.We decided that clearly something was wrong and drove away to park. This place could be fantastic if it weren't for the prices. They're significantly higher than any other fast food restaurant. For the same amount of money, you could enjoy a burger at the diner just two blocks away, which uses real meat instead of the subpar quality options offered here.

This is one of the worse McD’s that I’ve visited. The service is slow and obnoxious. The food is cold and almost inedible, and the prices are high. The eating area is dirty.
In my opinion, this is the priciest McDonald's in the country. Update: It turns out this really is the most expensive McDonald's in the nation.
