I ordered an Oreo Shamrock Shake around 7:30 PM on March 12 through the drive-thru. Once they prepared it, I was informed that I would have to mix it myself because the machine was out of order. They still charged me the full price, and I don't understand why they couldn't have mentioned the issue before I placed my order. Terrible experience! I did an online order and it was pick up… I asked for a large meal and got a medium, I asked for a plain quarter pounder with bacon and cheese and got everything on it and my sandwich was cold and no bacon, lady was rude when I called about the issue over the phone….this store is super ghetto and the workers can never do their jobs right… order PF21Trash service
The experience was unpleasant. An employee handled the fries with his bare hands, placing them directly into a kid's meal order, and then wiped his hands on his pants. I can only imagine how frequently this happens in the restaurant.
I rated you guys 3 stars, because it's not fair for drivers to have to circle back, when you guys forget a customers requested items. Especially when I asked the cashier to ensure nothing is forgotten.

I feel ostracized in this institution because they have a prejudice on whom they believe is homeless or unworthy of their hospitality. I'm not happy with staff approach to CERTAIN public.
Too expensive! Double cheese burger med fries and drink. Filet of fish with extra cheese, lg fry and Carmel frappe was over $26. Outrageous. Do not like the new look at all.
Drive thru lady at 6 pm was so rude that I left the line and went to a better place. Apparently, they hire people who don't know anything about customer service.
This was the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. The burger tasted like it had been cooked on a grill that hadn't been cleaned.
