It was around 8pm and I waited at the register for 10 minutes. While employees saw me and did not help. One employee left to go to the bathroom.I eventually used their terminal to order my meal, but could not pay there because it was broken, so I went back to the counter to pay, and continued my wait. The employee returned from the bathroom and went back to work in the back. Eventually she saw me again and asked if I had been there since she left for the bathroom. I explained my wait and trying to pay. She took my payment and I eventually got my food to go even though I stressed I was dining in. Loved the access off the freeway, but I wouldn’t stop here again.Took forever for someone to take our order at the counter. Once the order was placed, it took way longer than usual for us to get the food. Once we got it, it was not fresh. The chicken sandwich was dry and stringy. My quarter pounder was old and cold and the cheese wasn’t melted on it. Fries were old, cold and floppy.It was obvious workers don’t make it out from behind the counter often because the dining room was in some serious need of cleaning.
AVOID THIS PLACE! I rarely abandon an order, but after hearing the woman in front of me mention that it took nearly 45 minutes to receive the second half of her order, I headed straight for the exit. With a full kitchen staff, a shelf overflowing with delivery orders getting cold, and a lobby full of frustrated customers, this is not the establishment where I want to spend my hard-earned money. Such a disappointment!
McDonald's has changed. Not for the good. Big Mac is not as good as it used to be. Pretty sure the patties they use are much smaller and don't even taste the same. Service was not good. Not cleaned well. It's been that way for a while now. I think I'm gonna have to find a new place to get burgers.

Got my food completely wrong told them that it was wrong. They took it back and then brought it to me wrong again. Waited 10 more minutes at the window. Nobody came to the window so I could tell them that it was wrong. Ended up just leaving.
Always consistent! We’ve never encountered any problems at this McDonald's. It’s the best in Waco. Thank you all for your hard work and excellent service!
This is the slowest McDonald's I have ever visited. They just sent five cars straight to the waiting area, which seems to happen all the time here.
