Went through drive thru to get hot chocolate.it was cold. Sent them back as cold. Went in and complained and they microwaved them and said that they fixed it. It was still cold. That was all the manager would she told me she warmed them and that was all she had to do. They were cold that you just drank them straight down. Rudest manager and awful customer service. Ordered 4 meals, to take home. When we got home the 6 pack of nuggets only had 5, we asked for ranch dressing and we didn’t get it. I ordered a double filet-o-fish it was put in the container upside down and no tartar sauce it was so dry. We also waited 10 minutes to get our order. The careless way the food was prepared and packaged made the whole experience disappointing. Service: Take out
