Dining room is nasty, tables not wiped down, spills not mopped up, not just one or two, almost half the tables.There is a sign on the men’s room about it not working. However the men who work here had no problem openly joking about how their sign is keeping homeless men from using the bathroom. Also, one of said employee DID NOT wash his hands.My wife and I order the same thing every single time. Her Chicken sandwich was cold (it’s supposed to be made to order) guess not.My Quarter Pounder did not have the shredder onions on it. The place is nice, this is my 2nd time here. The first time the trashcans were all full with garbage outside of them. Today our food took a long time, I saw doordash drivers wait for a long time as well. Our order was incomplete and the service was rude. No napkins, and constant conversations from people coming in and complaining about their order being wrong or slow.Kid-friendliness: Good space in the playground for children, which was the main reason we came here
I'm not sure why restaurants feel they need to pay their employees more when the service is lacking. I sat in a prime spot, making it easy for the staff to serve me. The app advertised table service, yet they were calling out numbers instead. When I mentioned that I wasn't aware of this, it highlighted the lack of awareness from the staff. It just seems like there's a lot of laziness, yet they are earning higher wages.
Man...this McDonald's drive thru menu not working.I ordered two cheeseburger combo . The buns on my burgers were smashed like pancakes Who ever put my Burgers together needs to get fired . It's true what they say every time you go through the drive thru you get screwed. No star's for this visit today.

Service is slow and rude. They forgot my food and got mad when I asked for it . Then gave me a bag of cold fries and cold sandwiches, I let them know if they cold give me hot fries and she gave me attitude. The sprite taste like water and sugar and the vibe is just off. Bad quality, bad service , cold
The soda machine was broken, and they didn’t provide any trays for serving food. The place was dirty and disorganized. It seemed like they were more focused on running a business than on providing good customer service. I'm not sure about other locations, but I assume they might be similar.
The coffee was disappointing; it tasted mainly like hot water with a hint of coffee flavor. I requested a fresh cup, but it was just the same. I cannot recommend this place for coffee.
System was down and worker tried to overcharge me. Nuggets were soft and burger was undercooked.
