Some smart working in this Macdonald were thinking that the customer is stupide. I was on drive thru and waiting for someone who can answer me to take the code of my mobile order. I saw one car in other side came after me and give his order, I was wondering that maybe the system in my side is not working, I drive to window before that car I gave them my order and the show started excuse me could you please park you car until we bring you order, ok no problem. Sat in the drive-thru for 10 mins before placing order. 1 car in front of me. 2 cars in other lane when I arrived. The other lane was taking orders off 3 to 4 cars before even taking the other lane. As cars pulled into the other side they took those orders first. I ordered 1 large coffee. Got to first window no problem. 2nd window tried giving me a drink that wasn't mine. Asked for a manager, different person then tried to give me food. Still no manager. Finally manager came. She was no help. After going to the drive thru this evening I won't be back. We waited patiently while three cars infront of us were all served from the main window, once it was our turn we were asked to move up to a secondary window to wait, there was no one else in the drive thru,I mentioned to the girl at the window that I'd rather stay there as in the past someone had hit my mirror while parked there, she proceeded to give attitude stating i shouldn't be worried about moving up and having my mirror hit since no one is behind me, again why do I need to move I'm not holding up the line and everyone infront was ok to stay there? My girlfriend wanted to grab some McDonalds as a treat for McHappy Day and when we go to order in the drive thru, the clerk clearly had a bit of an attitude. Didn’t ask her if she was collecting points and she had to repeat things several times. Once payment was done we get our food and initially got no straws (a frequent occurrence at this location). We also specified several times that we wanted iced teas and yet were given Sprites. This would’ve been noted through the customer survey however we weren’t given a receipt either and couldn’t be bothered to go back and make a fuss. Truly if I could give this place a 0 star rating I would, went through the drive thru tonight at 1030 not a single car in the drive thru or a customer inside, I went up to the speaker and waited for 10 minutes without anyone greeting me, I said “hello” and still no answer to the point I actually googled the address to see if this location was even still open. I drove up to the window where two staff ran away????? This is about the worst McDonald's going. Every time I try to get an iced coffee here it's not very good. I just replaced cold fries I got in the drive-thru for more cold fries. Won't be stopping at this location again even though it's most convenient for my drive to/from work. Ridiculous for $5+ medium fries. Old and cold. The counter staff even went as far as saying I claim my fries are cold. No they were certainly cold and they were cold the second time and my $5 went in the garbage because I couldn't face complaining again.
The young man on drive-thru sounded like he'd rather be having a root canal procedure than taking the order. The amount of lettuce on my bacon crispy delux was minuscule. Clean. Get what you pay for. Edit: More and more often we have to wait far longer than any other McDonald’s and it’s always being served Cold. Managers. Get your act together.
