I thought it was going to be a good day when I stopped by this restaurant on my way to work to grab a Big Breakfast and a drink. However, when I arrived at work, I realized they had forgotten to include utensils and napkins. It wasn't a big deal since I had a spare plastic fork, but then I discovered they had also forgotten to give me syrup and butter for my hotcakes. This was disappointing and not something I was happy about. Unfortunately, the hotcakes did not get to fulfill their purpose of being eaten.
