The staff at this restaurant are very unprofessional and do not know how to communicate with customers. I witnessed a McDonald's employee yelling and screaming at a customer who came in for a delivery. This behavior is unacceptable and makes me not want to return to this establishment. Despite its proximity to my workplace, I would rather go to the McDonald's on State Line road.
