I ordered two sandwiches from this restaurant, a Double Cheeseburger with only ketchup and a McChicken without lettuce. When I got home, the McChicken had a lot of lettuce on it, but I just scraped it off as this has happened before. However, the Double Cheeseburger only had two buns with two burgers, missing the cheese. The names of the ingredients are in the sandwich names, and the employees have computers and slips to guide them in making the orders correctly. Despite these two layers of instructions, my order was still incorrect. I recommend that the employees thoroughly read the slips and double check them before preparing the food.
Went inside for a take out order. 30 mins for a double cheeseburger and chicken nugget. The one worker had no gloves on, texting on their phone, rubbing her eye, then packaging your food. The other was more worried about the crack she got on her phone because she was texting and dropped it. I had to ask where my order was , then they made it quick. No hair nets, all the girls had long hair. I threw my food out as soon as I got home. You’re definitely getting sick or hair in your food. $19 and 30 mins for 2 items to be thrown out. Will never go back. Save yourself time and money and go to Wendy’s which is a lot cleaner
So I went in the drive thru to order a cup of hot tea and the girl told me that they don't sell hot tea. I asked her again when I got to the window to pay for my coffee and she again told me they don't sell hot tea. When I got my coffee I asked the girl if they sold hot tea and she said yes. The point is how can you work at McDonald's and not know that they sell hot tea people like that shouldn't even be working in a McDonald's that's just common sense that McDonald's sells hot tea.
The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. I ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge, but it didn't look like it had the extra hot fudge I paid for. When I asked the server to confirm, she reluctantly added more hot fudge, but gave me a rude attitude and was disrespectful. This type of behavior is common at this place, even from the manager. Employees cursing and speaking aloud about their personal business, scratching scabs off their faces and then touching food, playing with their hair and then touching food. When another custome rapproached the female that took her order just looked at her ?its a shame they do not teach customs and courtesies anymore or how to be personable
This restaurant has terrible service and the staff were rude and snobby. They forgot my fries and didn't even bother to apologize or communicate with me. I had a horrible experience and will not be returning. My order number was 1910, placed on April 3 at 6:42 PM, at Spot #5.
