Drive Through Clerk Rushing. Needed up a single order creating 2 orders. Idk why the McDonald 's have such a problem with rewards points and how they accumulate. I 'm not even using a coupon and asking to use my code to earn points. After 4 times ofthem fixing 1 burger we decided to just cancel the sandwich and ask for a refund. Was simple, enter rewards, make the burgerhow requested 3 times prior. Lack of etiquette and need a total retraining for staff or complete new staff as younger employeeswere rude and stated, I don 't get paid for all this.
This is the first time in ages that I got a McDonald's sandwich and fries that were fresh and hot. The Big Mac was surprisingly delicious! I couldn’t wait to eat it, so I dug in right in the parking lot to keep it from getting cold. Once I tried the hot fries, I was completely hooked. This location is in Queens, at Sutphin and Linden Blvd. I went through the drive-thru, and it was very quick. [In my best Arnold Schwarzenegger voice] I'll be back!
Why today I was threatened by the landscape person. Asking me why I was looking at him in a threatening way. He said go head say it, say it , as he was going to walk up to my car and do something. I told the manager and she said ok, I 'm going to speak to him. What, this guy acts as if he would do bodily harm to me and the Manger nonchalantly says ok I. Going to speak to him. No, he needs a physical evaluation.
This restaurant is located in a popular and busy area, making it very convenient to access. There's plenty of parking available and multiple drive-thru windows for easy service. The place also offers WiFi, comfortable seating, and air conditioning, providing a nice atmosphere for diners. While I personally don't indulge in the offerings, it's conveniently situated near several other eateries as well!

Clean, inviting recently remodeled dining area whose business returned to pre-pandemic levels some time ago. Short wait times and hands on mgmt make this a great grab and go location. Drive has two lanes shortening wait times. Helpful and efficient staff
This McDonald's is just average. The staff isn't very welcoming, but I found the immigrant employees to be quite friendly. In my experience, American customers tend to be the most unfriendly when you mention that they forgot their fries.
The systems are always down at 5 am. Extremely disappointed. I will Not be visiting this location again and I live around the corner I rather go to Burger King or Wendy?s
This is so good! It is so yummy when I eat it! If your living in Sutphin Blvd. Get this rn!
