Daniella treated us poorly during our visit due to a miscommunication. She was unable to hear us over the speaker and then reacted with a bad attitude. When we got to the first window, she slammed it shut in our faces while saying, "F you." You might think that after such an incident, she would be taken off duty for a while, but less than a week later, she recognized us and made a disdainful face as we approached. The manager did try to assist us, but it's hard to address a situation when someone is clearly unhappy and unwilling to provide basic customer service. She mentioned she would "deal" with the issue. The restaurant recently renovated their lobby, and it looks fantastic. One major improvement is the addition of new order-taking booths where customers can use large touch screens to place their orders. This is sure to speed up the food ordering process. Well done, guys!

Big Mac was supposed to be no cheese. there were like 4 slices of cheese on it. also so much sauce and lettuce (why was there so much lettuce?!?!? you couldnt even pick it up. it also only had one meat patty. No sauces in the bag.. paid for FOUR.

I really dislike the self-service system where you have to tap the screen. It feels impersonal, and then they still ask for a tip even though no one has helped. I prefer to pay in cash directly at the cashier instead.
Other than them adding ice to my drink (which I asked for without), they did very well. The bacon egg and cheese biscuit tasted VERY good.
Quick service and reliable quality (except for the fries), plus there are two drive-thru ordering lanes. I just wish it were open 24/7!
