My daughter and I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The management was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. When my 14-year-old daughter went in to place our order, she was treated rudely and dismissed. Even after I went in to show that we had placed an order and provided the order number, we were still questioned and looked at as if we were lying. It is concerning that young people in management positions lack the skills for good customer service and proper management. The behavior of the managers and their coworkers was unacceptable. The food at this restaurant is made fresh to order, the staff is friendly, and it is kid-friendly with a play area. Parking is limited and you may be blocked in, especially if you park near the drive-thru line or in a handicap spot.

Most mcdonald's have been horrible with food quality and rude staff. This was a great surprise to have smiling staff abd food was hot and fast. Doubt I'll have the same experience at another mcdonald's but this one was really good.

I decided to grab a quick bite to eat before working my 15 hour shift. My food was good and fresh. I wanted Whataburger but the lines was backed up. My nuggets was fresh and beverage was on point.

This is one of the best McDonald's I have ever been to! The customer service is always exceptional. Even if my order is wrong, they always correct it with a smile. I absolutely love it!
