The staff is very friendly, but unfortunately there are always extreme communication problems. The food is just about okay, unfortunately, it's often almost cold, even though you have to wait because they don't have any supplies. The table edges and seats are really sticky, and it's uncomfortable to sit there. This definitely needs to be improved, as is the hygiene in the restrooms. There were so many employees here today and hardly any customers; this would be the perfect moment to clean everything properly. I also think it's an absolute no-go that you get the ice cream straight away, but have to wait 5-10 minutes for a burger and fries... then please wait with the ice cream... it had alrea...
In so einem schlechten Mc Donalds war ich noch nie ! Mit Abstand der größte Saftladen von Donaueschingen bis Hamburg. Dreckig, die Toiletten sind ne Zumutung! Das Personal macht alles aber nicht arbeiten ... die Mitarbeiter unterhalten sich so laut das man als Gast sein eigenes Wort nicht versteht . Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr sehr zu wünschen übrig! EINE ABSOLUTE ZUMUTUNG ! Ich hoffe das der WKD den Laden öfter Besucht, damit sich mal was ändert!
The food is usually not fresh, and the taste is very different from other branches, even though the products are completely identical, or rather, they should be. The McDrive doesn't work particularly well here, as something is missing three out of four times. Some employees are very unfriendly; even the simplest things like hello and goodbye don't work here. Still, two stars, because the branch was actually quite good in the past.
Angeblich wegen Personalmangel geschlossen... Nur der DriveIn arbeitet... aber da liefen bereits Fussgaenger durch... Nach 25 Minuten Wartezeit abgebrochen und nach Bad Dürrheim gefahren... Eines MCs nicht würdig!!!! No Go! .... Nach über 2 Jahren wieder vor Ort gewesen, wir hatten gehofft der Pächter hätte gewechselt ... Leider alles beim alten ...

Saftladen !!! Zu 90% fehlt was beim DriveIn. Soßen falsch. Chili Wrap wird dauernd mit Cesar Vertauscht oder falsche soßen oder beide mit drauf. Unfreundlicher Service am Sprechapparat wenn man ne sekunde zulang überlegt.Einfach der Schlechteste Mc Donalds in ganz Baden Würrtemberg. !!!!
Very unfriendly staff, that was the first and last time I was here. The employees should receive training on how to deal with customers in a really unfriendly manner
Die Angestellten sind freundlich, aber sprechen teilwese schlecht oder kein deutsch. Mein englisch konnte auch nicht wirklich helfen, da es ebenfalls schlecht ist.
Das essen ist relativ schnell gekommen, es schmeckt gut und ist frisch zubereitet aber die Mitarbeiter waren mir nicht ganz verständlich

The staff is not super friendly, which is a shame because being on vacation here doesn't make us want to come back.
Food wasn't really good. Bread very dry. Service made an effort. Ambience not really clean and nice.
