About two weeks ago, I went to McDonald 's around 4 a.m. and ordered a Happy Meal – and quite honestly, what they sold me was an absolute disgrace! The nuggets and fries were old, dry, and stale, as if they 'd been sitting somewhere for hours and had just been quickly reheated. I walked back to complain – and was simply ignored, even though they saw me! After minutes of waiting, someone came, sent me on my way, and at the next window, I was ignored again. Then finally, an employee came, rolled her eyes, and simply said, annoyed, They 're fresh. No, they weren 't! I know exactly what fresh nuggets taste like – they were old, no question. She then gave me new ones, but they were old again. My...
Disappointing every time. Even after the renovation, unfortunately. Every time, something's missing, which is really annoying , or half-cold. But today was the highlight. My kids were looking forward to their Happy Meals. Simply disgusting and unacceptable. Nuggets were cold, hard, and stale. Fries were cold. Absolutely worthless. Four cheeseburgers, all squashed, cold, and hard, as if they'd been smashed between books. Simply disgusting and ended up in the trash, too. I had to put the Big Mac back together again. Everything just got thrown into the box. The wrap was the only decent food item in there. I waited 27 minutes for it and paid almost €40.
We wanted to avoid this store. But our child insisted on a Happy Meal again. We placed a somewhat larger order at the drive-thru. When we got home, not only was the Happy Meal missing, but we 'd also gotten the wrong burgers. I 'm speechless and angry! The child is crying. I wanted to go back and spread a few tears! But my wife said, Leave it, leave it... her.
The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The wait times are excessive, at least 30 minutes. And there's always something missing from my order. The employees are all incompetent. They don't even respond to questions.

The food is very tasty. But next time, please serve the food properly and sort it properly. Please don't argue next time either. That would be nice, thank you.

I arrived 5 minutes late and couldn't order breakfast. A rude response to my question about whether it was still possible.
It's a disaster how often ordered goods are forgotten... you look in the bags at home and things are missing...
