All the staff were great. Everything that went wrong is a management failure. The staff were really upset there wasn't a safe place to put my wheelchair when I needed to sit comfortably at a table with my teen child. The staff were friendly and did their best to understand sign language. My teen-ager was able to interpret but it shouldn't be placed upon a child to communicate. Like I said, the staff were fantastic but the management needs to invest in their workers by putting correct numbers on per shift and paying for customer service employees to have at least 1 team member with a Makaton Sign Level 1 qualified person on every shift. The front staff either they are manager or TL there’s no excuses of not wearing hairnet and hat especially if u have long hair, serving food at the front of the counter. Poor service, lack of training how to acknowledge customers. The food was alright even though it’s everyday routine. They don’t smile, they are look miserable faces. These young staffs should be energetic, enthusiastic and have empathy with customers, because without customers the business is nothing.. Went to McDonalds last night and ordered food etc was not allowed to eat in the restaurant as apparently after a certain time you can’t eat in. Everyone had to stand outside in the absolutely lashing rain to eat food. McDonald’s is a fast food restaurant and the word restaurant means sitting and consuming the food should be an option. Disgraceful way to treat paying customers.

Got this food delivered for lunch and it was freezing couldn’t reheat it was that soggy! Called the customer service to be told nothing can be done and no refund the order was 40£. So disappointed in McDonald’s.
This McDonalds in the city centre of Belfast is just your average McDonalds. Food is what you would expect for fast food places. The McFlurry I had on this visit was actually quite pleasing.
Just got mcdonalds paud 25 pound for it.was delivered to my home and it was totally uneatable.no come back cause it was from just eat had to throw the lot out...people beware
Maureen was a delight, such a treasure, and the best representation for Mcdonald's i have ever seen. Maureen is a legend!
