I visited McDonald's at 10:30 and had a disappointing experience. The Spanish lady at the drive-thru was rude and unfriendly. I asked for honey mustard, and she informed me there would be a charge, even though I had received it for free during my last visit. There was no need for her to be disrespectful, and I also didn’t receive the medium fries I paid for. My husband went inside to speak with the manager, but it seemed he just brushed off our concerns. This place could really benefit from new management to teach their employees how to treat customers better. The employee should find a job where she can learn to read receipts properly and develop some basic manners.
This is hands down the worst drive-thru experience I've ever had! Whether it's 10 AM or 10 PM, no matter if there are 3 cars in front of you or 10, you can expect to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes every time. The staff are incredibly disrespectful or struggle with English. I've been a regular here for years, but since the renovation, it's gone downhill. My new go-to McDonald's is the one on Riverdale Road or College Park, where the service is consistently quick and efficient.
Says 24 hours but never open most times I go and when i do, milkshake machine is always down which by now, we all know, means someone hasn 't taken the time to clean it. Better off as a car wash location. Updated review . No milkshakes @9pm on aSunday. McDonald 's needs to do better. Only reason why most folks come is for milkshakes and French fries! Please have thoseavailable. This is encouraging me to no longer spend money or take time to come here.
The food was good by McDonald's standards. The drive thru line was very long so workers were taking our orders on tablets. They weren't taking payment however so the line wasn't moving any faster than it would've normally. They also gave us paper straws for our drinks and this was the most expensive McDonald's I've ever been to. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I had a frustrating experience at this McDonald's, similar to others I've visited. After waiting for about 15 minutes without being acknowledged, I placed an order for a burger with large fries but only received two ketchup packets. When I asked for more, the staff appeared irritated. The burger patties have shrunk in size, and the pickles were not even edible. I won’t be returning.
Order was read back to us in drive thru. Order was read to us at payment .Food was ready when we got to window .I asked for fries with no salt that's what I got fresh unsalted fries .Transaction from star to finish was under 5 minutes and the customerservice was five star and my food was fresh tasting.
I asked for a caramel frappe but instead they gave me a orange juice shake and it’s so digusting Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
