Mcdonald's - Réserver une table

Extremely rude employee was on the other side of the ordering machine when I rolled through the drive-through for a simple order. I asked if there was any non-dairy creamer/milk for the coffee, and the employee said we only have one type of creamer. I asked what type it was, and they repeated (in a highly exasperated tone), that they only had one type of creamer without answering my question. I asked for two coffees, one regular and one decaf, both served plain with no cream/no sugar. When I pulled up to the payment window, I tried to be polite and ask the receiver how their day was going, and they simply rolled their eyes at me and said I 'M TALKING TO A CUSTOMER. Maybe this person was just having a bad day, but still, no need to be rude and impolite. We all have bad days, but part of being an adult is learning to put your personal feelings aside and adopt an appropriate mode of behavior and communication when in the workplace. If that 's too difficult, take the day off. Would rate 0/5 if I could just because of this one experience. Coffee was average.

I asked about the 40-piece chicken nuggets and 2 large fries meal. The worker couldn't find it and asked the manager. The manager said they don't have it with an attitude and walked away. I showed it on the McDonald's app to the manager and also told her I come over here all the time and that's what I get for my kids. The manager had an attitude about it and told me they don't have it anymore. I told her you don't have to have an attitude and I we left. I will not go back there again.

Came to order some late night food and it was a bad decision. The service wasn't great, and the food did not pass the McDonald's taste test. French Fries: Tasted like old fries wasn't crispy. Deluxe Spicy McCrispy: Okay. The portion size was good but the chicken was dry and didn't have much flavor. It has a little kick to it as did the sauce. McChicken: Small sandwich. The chicken patty was small, flat, tasted frozen. Big Mac: Good portion size but the patties were sooooo dry.

I went there for lunch again and they screwed up my order for the second time in a row. The sanwiches were made incorrectly and the drinks were diet coke not dr. pepper. Thanks for ruining my lunch a second time! There will NOT be a third time. Waste of time and money.

The crispy chicken was really dry and taste old. I ask for a McDouble for my son it was so old and the meat tasted wired fries where not fully cook. The worst McDonald’s I been through. The manager gave me a actitud when I ask for new sandwiche.
