Mcdonald's - Réserver une table

This is possibly the best McDonald's restaurant I have ever visited. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming (which I have never experienced at a McDonald's before!). The blonde woman at the entrance, managing the flow of customers, was particularly beautiful. The customer flow is well monitored and the staff is well-coordinated. The focus on cleanliness was outstanding, as I watched the staff thoroughly clean tables after each customer. Masks were not tolerated (politely), which was a fantastic quality for a McDonald's establishment!

I just picked up my cheeseburger order, but there was an issue with my online order. The manager was continuously talking to a staff member and pointing her finger at me. I have never witnessed such behavior in any restaurant before. This level of unprofessionalism was shocking. Regardless of personal unhappiness, that kind of behavior should not be tolerated.

I received excellent service from the lovely Sheree on Saturday when I had a problem with my order. She not only helped me resolve the issue but also suggested some delicious recommendations that I thoroughly enjoyed!

Visited today waited 40 mins for my order, when I complained i was ignored until i was close to cancelling my order very frustrated with the customer service

The restaurant was bustling, but the staff efficiently handled the crowd and were helpful when I had a question.
