I come here often for many many years and lately the bathrooms have been an issue? the bathrooms are functioning but they don?t let customers use it? employees go in and out but customers can?t use them? I was there with my friend and her kids.. kids aremessy and needed to clean up after eating.. but bathrooms are closed for customers.. this isn?t fair especially for kids andpeople like me that are diabetic and need access to bathrooms? I?m gonna go to Panera to meet my friends on Sundays since theyhave bathrooms from now on
I paid and at the second window they realized they didnt have anymore of what i ordered. That didnt bother me. They offered my something else but i dont like the other things. I asked for a refund and he said he doesnt know how to do that. After a longwait he handed me a rolled up reciept that had cash and change in it. I obviously didnt see the change and dropped it all. So ididnt get a full refund
Breakfasts are excellent, staff very nice. Lunch is decent, busy from the local schools. Dinner is great, far less waiting than other establishments nearby. Late night, be ready to be told things like ?we have no fries? within 30 minutes of close.Which is a travesty in my opinion.
Although they can be a bit slow at times, it's usually because they're incredibly busy. The staff is friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The location is fantastic, especially since my child adores the playground. Plus, Royal Collectibles is conveniently located nearby!

Good and improved service. The menu is just as good! I often visit this Forest Hills location because it has ample parking, a dedicated drive-thru lane and ample tables and friendly staff. ADA accessible and high chairs are available.
Very lively place especially around when school gets out. Maybe a suggestion. Place signs on the table for the kids to please clean up after themselves. Thats not fair to your staff.
The manager reacts and the employees are polite. Then there's a guy who keeps the place immaculate. He goes beyond his job details. So the place is very clean.
Food was great, except they forgot one of my large fries and didn't realize till I was home. My fault for not checking also. So no starts reduced

I work at the restaurant and overall it's good. The only downside is dealing with rude customers, but I have to remain calm and do my job.
Actually this place is clean enough comparing with others. Food is good too
