Cooperate has really failed this McDonalds. They have failed to properly equip and train their store manager, manager and crew trainers. And you see that in the performance and the customer service given by their crew members. Waited probably 10-15 min for the clerk to take my order and the automated kiosks were disabled. Eventually I got an order placed. Later the manager brought my order to the counter where I presented my receipt for pickup. Almost immediately afterwardsI sat down checked my order then began to eat, then some other irate food delivery worker (like door dash) walked up and accuseme of stealing his order. Meanwhile the manager just did nothing even though she had checked my recipe moments before. Iusually avoid McDonald's but it happened to be next to the job where I was wondering that day. I will not be doing anymorebusiness with them.
This is probably the dirtiest and most disgusting McDonald's I've ever been to. The place literally had trash thrown about, there was a homeless man hanging out in the back by the restrooms, our food containers were covered in grease, the girl takingour order did not listen when we did the order and got most of it wrong. Will definitely not come back to this one, picturesattached for reference.
I ordered 20 Pcs of Chicken nuggets, a fry, 2 drinks and 2 McChicken. I wasn?t given a receipt and when I got home no freaking nuggets. So I tried calling to see what else can be done but no response. Lame. They definitely charged me too because I checkedthru my bank app. My advice, ALWAYS check your bag before you drive off. They always miss something, that part was on me.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I waited more than 10 minutes for a cashier to assist me, despite being the only one in line. It took 20 minutes to get our fast food. When I asked about the delay, the manager responded rudely. It felt like drive-thru customers were given priority.
I typically don’t encounter problems with my food at this restaurant, but it can be frustrating when they're asked to pull over to the side for no clear reason, particularly when there aren’t any other customers present. On a positive note, I really love the fish tank screen in the restaurant!
I can?t believe this place. They were untrained and completely rude. They forget orders. I ordered a happy meal for my sister, chicken nuggets and when I got the happy meal there was no chicken nuggets we had so many problems with our meal. They gave usno napkins like what?!?? Unbelievable!
The wifi at this restaurant is frustratingly slow, reminiscent of the late 90s, so it's advisable to skip using it. Both the service and food need enhancement, along with the cleanliness of the tables. Furthermore, some patrons seem to overlook the purpose of a trashcan.

This place doesn’t give out refills yet they change quite a ridiculous price for a large drink. Any other Mc Donald’s offers refills. Maybe these owners of this particular site need to wake up.
