I recently had a cup of coffee at a restaurant and used the kiosk to place my order, although I found the app to be not very user-friendly. I received my order number ticket and took a table number tent. After a few minutes, someone called out my order for coffee. The coffee was surprisingly good, but the tables and chairs were quite uncomfortable. The restaurant was clean, but everything had a worn and old appearance. I believe this was a McDonald's location.
We ordered our food ahead of time through the app and picked it up at the drive-thru. The service was fast, but I found it rude when the cashier just pushed the receipt out of their small window for me to grab as I drove by to the pick-up window. It seems simple to hand someone their receipt and say thank you, have a nice day. Maybe even just a simple thank you or hello would suffice. It's disappointing that basic courtesy seems to be lacking in 2024.
I frequent this McDonald's regularly, especially in the mornings and through the drive-thru. The staff is consistently friendly. There is a man with long hair who works at the back window, and a woman with glasses and long hair who are always pleasant when taking my order and at the windows. I never have to wait too long in the drive-thru even when they are busy. This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to.
I ordered her a lot, but they forever mess up our orders. Sometimes they have some really nice stuff, but they'll always forget something or mix something up unfortunately. I keep going back to give this place another chance but unfortunately it just hasn't changed ? Réservez une table maintenant
even though I had issues with the mobile ordering app and confused the staff, they ended up effortlessly having my order ready within a few minutes. awesome people here
The staff at this restaurant is fantastic and the service is amazing! Despite being busy during lunch hours, I received my food quickly. Thank you.
If you like getting TWO patties on your bacon mcDOUBLE i recommend a different location. Just skip any harco mcdonald's in general every one sucks.
Ordered and paid for a large meal but received a medium drink. Employee refused to replace it. She seems not able to read or speak properly. Réservez une table maintenant
The dining room and bathrooms were both very clean. The staff was efficient and welcoming. I highly recommend dining at this restaurant.
