I will not be returning to this McDonald’s. I come here at least three times a week to get my daughter breakfast for school and there’s a Older white women who is always at the payment window and she is very rude has extremely poor customer service every visit .I’ve reported her 2-3 times to the store manager and her behavior is the same . I will no longer spend a dime with this establishment and I will also be contacting corporate.
McDonald's is a bit expensive, but it's a good option for a fast meal. The fries are always hot and fresh. The customer service can be inconsistent, so don't expect too much from the staff. Some employees don't even know how to properly greet customers, especially if you initiate the conversation first. But that's all I have to say for this review.
The fries were overly hard and cold, making them difficult to chew. The nuggets were also dry and cold. Overall, the food quality was terrible. I understand that McDonald's may not always have the best food, but it seems like they didn't even put in an effort this time.
The restaurant located at 9261 Old Saints Road can be a risky place once the nearby high school students are released after school. A group of teenagers was being disrespectful to elderly customers who were dining in. The manager failed to take any action. Réservez une table maintenant
I mobile ordered and showed them multiple times I paid for it and they still refused to give me my order. They said I had to cancel and reorder but the only way to do that is by contacting that mcdonalds, which I did and obviously didn’t work. Very rude!!!
The food at this McDonald's somehow tastes better. I decided to stop by because I used to live nearby and had good memories of this place. I found that the food was noticeably tastier than the McDonald's near my current location.
Staff are nice. Service has gotten better in the last few months. Service is normally slower than other locations, but it's all based on backup on choke points (ice based drinks).
Ordered drive thru burger and fries. Burger was good, but the fries were overcooked. They didn't give me any napkins or ketchup for my fries so ranking low. Réservez une table maintenant
it smells like marijuana, loud people, 10 minutes for ONE LARGE FRI, and they were cold.Kid-friendliness: older guys are bring weed into the establishment.
