I mostly go here out of convenience as its nearby my work place. But whenever the younger staff are there, is when my orders are incorrect.What prompted this review was this morning, the line was backed up, and the truck in front of me obviously had something wrong with their order. When I approached to collect my order, before even being greeting or anything, I could clearly see the employee visibly confused at which order was which, and this persisted as the other employee took my card to ring me out.The confused employee seemed to just pick a bag, thrust it at me, and in a forced tone wished me a good day. I took the bag and just kept staring at them. Upset that I was still there they ask...
This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to, in one of the most established neighborhood in Georgia... It's run down and always dirty. What happened the the standards Mcdonald's franchise implores on their franchise owners.I understand, good help is hard to find right now. But there is absolutely 0 management here.
