Mcdonald's - Réservation de table

I took my grandkids to the South Sioux location after soccer on 6/12/2023 at 6:15 PM. I am a senior citizen, I don't understand nthe kiosk, I wanted to pay with cash, I had questions about the kids meals.I asked for help at the counter. the staff guy told me I had to use the kiosk. I told him that doesn't work for me. I have questions. He insisted I use the kiosk and refused to help me. I told him we were leaving. I took the kids to Wendy's, the staff helped me there, we spent 35 dollars, we had a wonderful time. Never again McDonalds. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible service, waited for about 20 minutes for my food to be brought out so by the time we got home it was already luke-warm at best. Checking the bags, over half my order was missing and when I called the manager they said that they wouldn't offer a refund, I would have to drive back to get to get the missing food. For how over priced and low quality it the food is this is unacceptable service.

The staff member who took our order at the drive-thru could benefit from additional training. It was difficult to understand her English, perhaps she would be better suited in the kitchen rather than potentially frustrating customers.

Don't know what's up but my sister's family waited for like 20 minutes without getting served.Mine's a little late before my sister but I don't mind much as long my food's warm.

Big. Clean. Fast. Friendly. That was my impression as I stopped for a quick snack while passing through. Passed through again, this time during rush hour. Extremely busy!
