Well they are better than some locations I've been at before.. Although they made my crispy chicken sanwitch plain.. Idk why they did that.. I said no pickles they made it plain.. But still better than gillroys mcdonalds. I ordered sauce out there specifically on the kiosk and they messed up so.. As for this location good job guys!! My sandivitch was good anyway cus they made sure to give me sauce so i just used that lol
The service at the McDonald's in Farmersville is very disappointing. I asked for a fresh hash brown, but they gave me a soggy and cold one instead. When I brought it to their attention, they were very upset and rude. In my opinion, if you are paying for food, you should receive it the way you want it - hot and fresh, not something that has been sitting there for 20 minutes.
Stood there for several minutes before waited on. They acted like you were bothering them when asked for condiments did not feel welcomed. Ordered McMuffin was cold and hard.

Service, speed, and consistency have improved 100%. Seems there is new management, and it shows. I changed my review from a 1 star to a 4-star review.
The meat was burned and dry. The chicken nuggets were too hard like they've been sitting for a while. Like always no ice cream.
