Mcdonald's - Réserver une table

we have eaten in this industry for a long time and we are satisfied with eating and service but last Sunday morning we had breakfast and we are so disappointed. we ordered two coffees and two breakfasts. to our surprise there are no cutlery, stirrups, serviettes, katsup, sirup butter, salt and pepper, cream and sugar. our table was so dirty and my man had to clean it. I had to go back and forth to ask what was missing. the crew doesn't even look after me, so I had to ask further. later on the afternoon we went back and had lunch since we were close. I spoke to the manager and told him what happened this morning and everything he told me there is nothing I can do about this reallyyy!

do not use the lock pickup option. I've tried it several times and always the same. they take so long to get their order out and they give in the app as if they alreqdy handed over their order to them, but they have not yet. it's always the same problem. lasting breakfast and lunch. it's ridiculous. I always have to get it out of my car and pick it up even if his for the order pickup. they need to improve this

Very courteous, respectful, patient., good service but they forgot to give me the soda I paid for., yesterday a different Mc D's gave me wrong milk wrong pie., otherwise they are great

Wow...went inside to pick up some lunch and coffee yesterday. Great service, quick and with a smile. Went back again for more coffee and a delicious blueberry muffin.
