I was disappointed to find that the chicken and fish burger I typically order at this restaurant has gotten smaller. Instead, I ended up ordering a Big Mac, which I can only describe as overly salty with a strange aftertaste. To add to my disappointment, they were also out of vanilla shakes. The quality of the food overall seems to have declined recently. I might consider going to Burger King instead, but their food has not been great either. Additionally, I have never been a fan of the decor at this restaurant - it looks like something you would find in a rundown area of London.
Ordered via just eat, the delivery driver called us multiple times as he couldn’t find where he was going even though my address was clearly on the order? When he called me he was walking, he was walking for around 10-15 minutes before he actually arrived. Our food was stone cold when it arrived, absolutely freezing cold and tasted disgusting. The chips were like rubber, the burger was cold and tasted stale. I would not recommend in ordering from this disgusting place again plus the delivery drivers they have our thick and have no idea what there doing !!!!!!
Order 3 large meals on delivery at 18:10 via Uber eats. Food delivered at 19:30 was expecting it to be cancelled. Half the meals are missing and it’s stone cold. Phone Mac Donald’s “ oh it’s not our problem “ then hang up. Trying to jump through hoops now with Uber eats to get a refund. Surprised at both of their responses. I certainly won’t order from Uber eats again nor from this branch of Mac d. They don’t care when it’s a delivery as they can get away with it
As I'm busy 7 days in the week ,that's no time for private live or even cook food , so occasionally I was happy use Uber and for quick delivery McDonald's service . Unfortunately every time food is coming sagy , cold and looked bad .also some Uber drivers are rude or looks unhappy to bring me food to my door or if they can't find my flat , they always cancel my order but I'm charged anyway. That's my last time to choose McDonald's or even Uber eats service . Réservez une table maintenant
I placed an online order which arrived cold. The time stamp from McDonald's showed that the food was processed 45 minutes before it was actually delivered to me. It seemed like the order was made promptly but then left sitting there waiting for the driver. As a result, the food arrived cold. The fries were only half full and part of the order was missing. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
