the drive thru and ordered 2 fish sandwiches without tartaric acid and additional cheese. the order was finished immediately. I had to go where I was going and the first sandwich was loaded with tartaric lap, and the bunge was rocky; how hard as a rock and crusty. also no extra cheese. turned around and went back. the sandwiches in the inner to take and noticed that it smells grossly in the position; how feet. platz also looked disgusting. I asked for a refund. later noticed that I was refunded only $8 of the $10 they charged me for the 2 sandwiches. I know this is what we all expect from mcdonalds more or less, but this place is on the look for out-McDonald's the other mcdonald’ses in how terrible they are. I recommend to them to avoid this load at any price; go to any other restaurant in the opposite place.
I usually come every day at the same time at 10:30 when the change to lunch. now today 4/7/22 at 10:30 clock the rude dame in the drive thru was quick to say, lunch does not begin until 11. how is it that I know more about the time schedule than the worker. they sell lunch after 10:30 and 11 on Saturday. It clearly needs more training. you lost another customer.
like most mcdonalds it is so slow, even if no one is in the lobby. the drive thru is even slower. the ice machine never works. Never! all that has to do with ice cream is never available. I think they should remove these elements from the menu. all mcdonalds need a complete revision.
I have always ordered the app because it's easier on my fear lol... the staff are always nice, orders are punctual and they always try to teach. If it is a problem, it will be treated positively. The young man is the manager or assistant manager deserves an increase
