Mcdonald's - Réservation de table

During my first visit in mid-February for a late lunch, I had the freshest and most delicious Quarter Pounder with Cheese from McDonald's. The wait time at the drive-thru was minimal and everything seemed to be perfect. However, my next visit on 4/1 for breakfast was a terrible experience. Only two lanes were open, and both were moving slowly when I arrived. I waited at the order window while three cars ahead of me placed their orders and moved on, completely ignoring me. The restaurant's computerized system was difficult to navigate and frustrating. After placing our order on the screen, we were prompted to choose between paying with cash or credit and then directed to a separate counter to pay. This process was confusing and inconvenient. The Big Mac we ordered had the patty on the bottom instead of the top, which was disappointing. Overall, it took an hour from ordering to receiving our food, which was a lengthy wait.

Until McDonald's allows carry out business in the morning for breakfast at all times during their working day McDonald's doesn't get any positive reviews for me. Their food is consistent and nothing substantially positive or negative over all these years. The service even in pandemic features can still a walk-in carryout business. I rarely go to fast food restaurants anymore because I do not like drive-thrus as a rule.

After reading the reviews I see why I’m missing things. I didn’t notice until I got home of course. Got my son a chicken nugget happy meal. No nuggets-no sauce. My food was cold. No cheese on the Big Mac! This is just unacceptable. Wanna pay $15 an hour and can’t even bag the food you pay for right! What a joke! Réservez une table maintenant

This McDonald's is the worst I've ever been to.Went through drive through waited 15 minutes for two double cheese burgers and small fries.got my order only too have my fries up side down in the bag and both my burgers had womans hairs in them...I'll never again eat at this McDonald's THE WORST

Whatever you do, don't order a shake. Either the machine is broken, getting cleaned or they need to get more mix from the back but tell you this AFTER they give you your food and ask you to pull up to the oops window.

I had to order at a kiosk at the drive-thru, as they don't accept cash. There was a long line, making it a frustrating experience. I prefer to place my order with a person at a table and pay with cash.

Literally the worst McDonalds ever. The order is never correct and the food is always lukewarm. Do not ever order Door Dash from here they don’t include half your order. Réservez une table maintenant

they were very short staff and understand that waiting, but I was the only one in order. they took care of the journey through and ignored my order for 20 minutes
