Placed an order... McChicken... cheese, bacon, pickles, AND Mac sauce. Drive thru. Pulled out, no Mac sauce. Drove pack around. Handed my sandwich back, said they forgot the Mac sauce... they handed me back my sandwich (against health food standards), and told me I need to pay .30 for the Mac sauce. Ummmm, yall made the mistake, not me... keep on taking food that's been in a vehicle back into your store to make mods to... health code gonna get u when the time is right. These kids wanna make a livable wage, yet there's a reason fast food is meant to be an introduction to the workforce, and NOT a career.
The customer service at the Hempstead location on Austin Street is severely lacking. The McDonald's app does not provide all options for ordering, and the employees make it costly and challenging when requesting changes or additional items. It is very frustrating. It may be more convenient to prepare food at home instead.
Never puts the condiments in the bag. Even if you ask them at 2nd window. Make sure you have them before you pull off. My goodness how hard can it be. Ketchup...bbq sauce...jelly
I ordered 20piece nuggets and they only gave me 15… I also ordered large fries and they came half way… that’s not large that’s small…NEVER ORDERING FROM THERE. WORST RESTAURANT.

what do you say? it's mcdonalds, cheap, processed and not so healthy. but do not try to order a mcgangbang, they will look you crazy.
I enjoy visiting this restaurant in the mornings to mingle with the community. The servers are always kind, friendly, and attentive.
