This restaurant is absolutely terrible. I have never been to a worse place. I don't know where they find the people who run it or work there, but I'm pretty sure that kids in elementary school could do a better job. The service is awful - they couldn't even manage to make two plain cheeseburgers and nine nuggets correctly. It's clear that they can't read or follow simple instructions. On top of that, the food was served freezing cold. I truly despise this place and will never go back. It's too stressful and must be the worst McDonald's ever.
What happened to service with a smile… Staff on drive thru clearly don’t want to be there.. didn’t have to wait long for the food tonight but it was cold. They had clearly cooked too much too soon (could see all the fries boxed up and drying out under the lamp). If you try and call it’s worse than trying to get through to the doctors.. Check food before you leave and request fresh while you still can!
Once again our delivery didn’t come with the sauces and dips we ordered and this is happening too often. The young staff at this McDonald’s are sloppy and vary rarely get the orders right it’s **** annoying when you expect to enjoy your food and it’s ruined by sloppy untrained staff well done McDonald’s Greenhithe 10/10 for getting it wrong again
Ordered from here probably 4-5times and honestly the WORSE McDonald’s there is! The fries are always cold and dry, the burgers looks like they have been thrown on the floor then picked up, barely any sauce in the burgers, just an awful McDonalds. Better off driving to Princes roundabout McDonald’s. They are always busy but food is X100 better

The restaurant is extremely poorly managed, with management that seems to have no care at all. I tried to visit for the third time on Sunday, only to find that the ice cream McFlurry was not available, which I find to be ridiculous, especially on a sunny day.
