On Sunday afternoon around 4pm, my family and I stopped by this McDonald's location. There were plenty of staff members, about 7-8 in total. There were two tables of customers, one of whom seemed to be the boyfriend of one of the young workers. Our group of 7, including 4 small grandchildren, ordered ice cream, shakes, and a soda. We waited inside for over 20 minutes with no sign of our order being prepared. It wasn't until I inquired with one of the employees, who appeared to be aimlessly walking around, that I was informed they had run out of ice cream and were in the process of replacing it. Every time I go to this restaurant, they forget to put the patty on my sandwich or sometimes they forget the entire sandwich. I always order my sandwich without pickles, but often receive it with pickles. I contacted headquarters about this issue last year. Since they have new workers, you may want to check your order before leaving the window. The service is good and they are always willing to correct any mistakes. However, in my opinion, if they are too busy or understaffed to get orders correct, they should hire more staff or pay closer attention to their job. Their standards have become too lax.
was at Newport McDonald's this morning and the guy that tried to take my order said nothing was ready because the crew was horsing around in the back and not getting anything done. He was an older gentleman and he was very kind and apologizing for the other crew. absolutely no breakfast was ready except for the biscuits that the nice gentleman made. He was at least trying. do something with your other staff members, they obviously don't take their job seriously.
Use the mobile order for curbside. After arriving. Waited 20 minutes for one chicken Sandwich. I ordered it with no mayonnaise no lettuce with bacon and with cheese. I got a plane chicken Sandwich with Extra mayonnaise drove away not thinking. I needed to check when I finally checked came back. They gave me my old Sandwich. That was made the original time that I was not given. So it had sat around for another 10 minutes. Food: 1

This mcd's sucks. They are always out of everything. This time.... Out of Dr pepper Out of sprite Out of large drinks. Out of Ranch. And on top of that got the order wrong. Do they have a manager? At least when people pull up have the menu available of what's available. Or have a sign of what you don't have
While service isn’t always fast, or accurate, I will always stop in just to see Harold! He is SO SWEET! He always has a smile on his face and even on the worst days will bring a smile to you too! Treat him well McDonald’s! He is gem and your company is blessed to have him!
Enjoy a delicious lunch at this restaurant, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person. We highly recommend trying their cheeseburger, it is a must-try dish!
We only buy drinks there which are no longer just a $1.00. Places that sell drinks make a killing when they charge $2.00 $3.00 for a soda.

Epitome of corporate greed. The only reason for ever eating here is proximity to home and lack of convient choices.
Employees all were very nice but not trained. I had a feeling that they were all on their first day.
