Mcdonald's - Réservation de table

I'll be honest, I only come to this restaurant because it's located near my job. I've had two strange experiences here. I ordered a Big Mac but received one without a patty, and my chicken nugget looked like someone had taken a bite out of it before frying it. Just eat the nugget and give me a fresh one, gross. If you can, I recommend going to Valparaiso or Chesterton instead.

Nobody would even acknowledge someone at the register to place a order. Im pretty sure McDonald's doesn't limit orders to Kiosk only. Customer service was terrible! Just throw things on the counter expecting people to know who's food it is. Sorry but that's the worst experience I've had at any McDonald's anywhere. The service ratings for takeout brunch meals are mediocre, with a score of 3 for food quality, 2 for service, and 2 for atmosphere. The average cost per person is $20-30.

Decided to use their promotion for National Cheeseburger Day for a free cheeseburger if ordered through the app. Well the app wasn't working and they told us that they don't own the app and that they were not going to honor the promotion. Total Bait and switch, will not be returning. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
