We went to this restaurant for lunch and ordered our meals. When we found a table, it was dirty so we had to clean it ourselves. Our meal arrived not very hot, but it was just about edible. I ordered a large latte, which was served stone cold. After getting it changed, we had to use the baby changing facilities for our 18-day-old granddaughter. Unfortunately, the facilities were very small and dirty, with mess everywhere and poo in the toilet. We had to wipe everything down with antibacterial wipes before we could use them. If this is a family restaurant, as we were led to believe, I will not be returning. All I can say is that it was a terrible experience and I would recommend avoiding this...
We ordered a takeaway to watch the England world cup game When I got home we realised we had left the fries on the counter so we drove back to get them with 15 mins left before the start of the match. The manager ....name badge might have said 'Adam ' replaced the whole meal with fresh burgers and fries eventhough we hadn 't asked for new burgers and fries and actually it was our fault. Thank you it really made our day as we hadn 't had Mcdonalds for a while
I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for about a year and a half for my almost daily coffee and occasionally dinner after work and I think I only ever had one instance of something wrong on an order. I always get my food really quickly, the staff are polite and wish me a nice day back, the toilets are clean, I see the tables being cleaning regularly, the bins are rarely overflowing and it’s been nothing but pleasant.
Can tell your staff are overwhelmed with all the deliveries and customers (big company so not surprising) No staff to serve at the front and when you try to get their attention you are basically ignored. People still like to order with a person and pay cash Totally unorganised Charged for a medium when I wanted a child’s milkshake but apparently have to get a happy meal to get a small which makes no sense

Busy Mc Donalds. Could do with a little TLC in the form of maintenance. No working elevator to to bathroom which was a challenge to me as a disabled person. Food was served during the busy lunch time. Table service was not available for some reason at the electronic order kiosk. The bathrooms smelt like they needed a good cleaning and one of the basins was not working.
Really don’t know why it’s so hard to pick what’s on a list and put it in a bag Every time we get a delivery (because of the kids) there’s something missing. Tonight it’s my turn missing a Big Mac lucky I ordered a double cheeseburger as well Don’t see the point in having sauce as an option because it never gets put in the bag either Joke outfit
I ordered fries, a chicken sandwich, and a latte. Unfortunately, I received a cold coffee instead of a latte. After exchanging it, the fries were only lukewarm. This seems to happen frequently at this restaurant. They really need to improve their service.
The drive-thru service was extremely slow, the worst I've ever encountered. It seems like they prioritize delivery drivers, as they were coming in and out quickly.

Drive through Very friendly young man who took our payment. Chatted to us and wished us a good day. His folks must be proud.
Disgusting how we have to sit waiting with kids in the car for food its a drive through isnt it quicker
