Ive been coming to this place for years and the place has slowy gotten worse everytime. They have poor communication skills and are rude. The lady taking the drive thru orders at the time cut off my husband while ordering. She didn't ask is that all just pull up to the next window so we stayed there and she rudley stated if you want to add to the order you can pull up to the next window So we pulled up to the next window and the guy at the drive thru was clueless that we were adding to the order. Once we added to the order we were asked to wait at the third window which is fine but we were waiting for several minutes. The service I received at this restaurant was absolutely dreadful. The manager, Simon Werta, was incredibly unhelpful and even mocked me when I called to discuss the issue with my incorrect order. Not only did he fail to offer any solutions to fix the mistake, but he also spoke to me with a lack of professionalism and a snobbish, sarcastic tone. When I expressed my intention to report his behavior, he sarcastically thanked me for a "good review" in a mocking manner. He denied any responsibility for the mix-up with my order and refused to make things right. The food I received was not what I had originally ordered, and Simon Werta did nothing to rectify the situation.
I will no longer go through the drive-thru at this restaurant. Today, there were 3 cars ahead of me in lane 2 and 3 cars in lane one. It took 20 minutes to reach the order point. There were 8 minutes where no cars moved at all, and another 7 minutes where no movement occurred. The delay in the line happened after the orders were placed. I decided to leave and went to Braums instead. This is unacceptable.
I had one of my better experiences at a McDonald's. The service was not only very good but also fast. The fries were surprisingly crispy and enjoyable, a welcome change from the usual soggy offerings you often find at the golden arches. While it’s still McDonald's, it's a fantastic stop when you're heading to Stockholm after a long flight to Arlanda.

This McDonald's is a classic drive-in that you tend to visit only when traveling to or from a specific location, and not for any other reason. The fifth and final star will only be awarded on the rare occasion when the chain offers a full menu before 10 a.m. Otherwise, it’s a clean restaurant, just like many others in the chain.
McDonald's can be a mixed bag. The food is usually great, about 90% of the time, but there are moments when they overlook some details. I get that it's a fast food place and often very busy, with lines looping around the building. However, it's truly frustrating to wait at the third window just for two drinks. That's all.
This is my favorite McDonald's all over Stockholm! It is secluded, quiet, clean, there is a gas station next door, the landscape is quite beautiful and the staff are always great. There is a playpen for the children, but there are never children there! I love this place.
I have been trying to contact this restaurant multiple times with no luck. It seems like there are employees there, but no one is answering the phone. Can someone please provide information on how to make changes to the management at this establishment?
