The McDonald's in Worland is the worst I have ever been to! Their so-called friendly customer service feels more like being treated as if you were asking royalty to do farm work. It's like pulling teeth to get them to be polite without giving you attitude or nasty looks, and the managers are terrible! I remember going in with my family to order food and they got the order wrong, as usual. When I asked for my food to be replaced with the correct order, they were nice to me but treated the other employees poorly, which I felt was unnecessary.
